First off, our names are not Moose or Mitzi.  Moose is our custom stepvan RV conversion, and Mitzi is our Mitsubishi Microvan

We are Calvin and JoDana.  We are originally from Oregon, more specifically the spectacular Oregon Coast.  We sold our beautiful 16 acre farm, big house, big shop, complete with a never ending to-do list and expenses, and downsized BIG TIME and went micro.  Now we live, and travel, in a 120 sq ft Adventure Mobile on Wheels with our dogs Daisy and Toby, and our three cats Cole, Jack and Alex.  We are living free and exploring as many of the beautiful places in the USA as we can.

Our mission is Freedom, Friendship, Experiences and Service.

For over 20 years JoDana was a health and life insurance agent and consultant.  While she loved her clients, the insurance industry was uninspiring at best. 

To fuel her spirit and  creativity, JoDana became a modern-day homesteader, building her own home, growing food, raising livestock, cooking on an old-fashioned wood cook stove.

With life comes change, and when the opportunity came to “throw the dog in an RV and see the country,” JoDana and Calvin made it happen.  It took a year or two, but they are finally living their dream.

Calvin loves cars.  The quirkier the better.

Calvin also loves tech.  If you ever want to get lost in tech conversation, just ask him about Raspberry Pi.

Calvin is a US Navy vet, worked many years in a large tech company, and has been working on, repairing, redesigning, and restoring cars since he was a kid, and is an architectural and mechanical draftsman.  He is a renaissance geek and proud of it. 

He’s also a servant at heart and enjoys helping people as much as anything.
